About Excelsior Land
Established in 2008, Excelsior Land Ltd is a family run business offering high quality design and build, development and services to the Residential and Commercial Property Sectors in South East, Home Counties and the Midlands.
We are registered with a variety of warranty providers including LABC, Build Zone and NHBC. Excelsior Land has been awarded a Silver Award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme and has a current score of 45. We also hold an SSIP accreditation through SMAS.
As Principal Contractors, we work with a variety of clients including landowners, local councils, housing associations, funds and institutions. We believe in the fundamental importance of community engagement and working with local supply chain wherever we can.
How Excelsior Land began…
Eoin and Katie moved to Milton Keynes in 2009 and with just the two of them, began purchasing houses to renovate and sell in the Midlands. This was a far cry from their corporate careers in London. Their first purchase was a mid-terrace in Stantonbury, Milton Keynes. During the early years, Eoin and Katie learnt property development with a hands-on approach which provided them with an in-depth knowledge of the skills required to build and renovate as well as realistic expectations with regards to timescale and budget.
Over the years Eoin and Katie have extended the company remit to provide a range of services to the residential and commercial property sectors including newbuild, principal contracting and partnering services . Excelsior Land now employs over 150 direct trades and sub-contractors who we know and trust.
Most importantly, each member of the Excelsior Land team understand that every project is unique and every client has different requirements. We pride ourselves on providing a reliable and professional service ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard on time and on budget.
