We have successfully completed several commercial and industrial dilapidation works on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord ensuring the building is returned to pre-lease condition. We return the building to its original configuration on budget and in the agreed time frame and understand the importance of working with your QS to ensure we carry out the exact refurbishment in line with the leases requirements.
As part of our commercial skill base Excelsior Land renovate and rebuild public sector buildings including schools, nurseries and care homes. Our team are DBS checked and authorised.
