Project Description

Construction of 9No. newbuild homes on former garage sites across the estate of Briar Hill. Mixture of bungalows, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. The 9 homes were spread across 5 sites and built contemporaneously with one site acting as the  central hub and other sites as satellites. Works included deep drainage, infrastructure including parking and roads, demolition and site clearance, landscaping to  turn-key completion.
