Dilapidations Contract – Nuneaton
Excelsior Land were tasked with a 16 week project to dismantle and remove industrial picking and packing equipment from a 2 acre industrial unit formerly Adams Clothing. Equipment to be removed comprised 340 service shoots 3 m long, 11 x 14m cranes with 20,000 picking locations across 2.5km of track and 4 storeys including a mezzanine and service area. 1 million bolts were removed from the floor. Entire system was dismantled to be reassembled by the purchaser so everything had to be labelled and efficiently packed into 110 arctic truck loads being sent to Ireland. Excelsior Land also removed mezzanine office levels as part of the dilapidations contract.
